Hats off to Daniel from Fixed Rate Real Estate. Having never used a fixed rate real estate agent, I was very skeptical.

During our initial consultation, Daniel arrived at our home prepared and presented an excellent strategy with confidence. He supported his game plan with research and comps before ever seeing our home. It was clear that he was a professional.

After signing a broker’s contract, Daniel quickly listed our home with professional photos and we were “live” on all the sites. Our first showing was scheduled in a few hours. In all, our home was sold before the weekend was over with multiple offers++.

What stands out most about my interactions with Daniel was our first meeting.... I asked “what is the difference between you and a full service realtor?” He paused and politely pointed out that he was a full service realtor, only he charges a flat fee. He was 100% correct. The ONLY thing you’ll miss out on by using Daniel is the huge commission that a conventional realtor charges.
