I called fixed rate real estate and they were able to get a full price offer for my home in as-is condition. I couldn’t have asked for better service. I have completed many real estate transactions over the last 30 years in both FL and CO, as both a seller and buyer. Daniel is hands down the most professional, dedicated, responsive realtor I have ever worked with in any of my transactions. Admittedly, I am not easy to please and have high expectations. He exceeded my expectations. And above all, it truly is a flat rate as a SELLER. It seemed to be to good to be true, but it is true. Flat rate of $1995. Working with Fixed Rate saved me about $10K. Daniel listed my home in mid-September and it was under contract in a matter of less than 6 weeks. That was with several other properties concurrently listed for in my neighborhood on the same street. He did a beautiful brochure, open houses, checked on the property, followed up with potential buyers after showings and basically went above an beyond. I highly recommend Dan.
