I have completed many real estate transactions over the last 30 years in both FL and CO, as both a seller and buyer. Daniel is hands down the most professional, dedicated, and responsive realtor I have ever worked with in any of my transactions. Admittedly, I am not easy to please and have high expectations. He exceeded my expectations. And above all, it truly is a flat rate as a SELLER. It seemed to be too good to be true, but it is true. Working with Fixed Rate saved me about $ 10 K. Daniel listed my home in mid-September, and it was under contract in a matter of less than 6 weeks. That was with several other properties concurrently listed in my neighborhood on the same street. He did a beautiful brochure, open houses, checked on the property, followed up with potential buyers after showings, and basically went above and beyond. I highly recommend Dan.
